Initiate Your Return
Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to generate a unique Return Authorization Number.
Pack Your Items
Place the unworn garments with original tags attached into the original shipping bag or a secure box of your choice.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided in our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
